Welcome to our exclusive mountain sanctuary in beautiful Tanay. Our team is dedicated to providing you with an unparalleled experience of relaxation, luxury, and seamless service during your stay. Our home is proudly 100% solar-powered, allowing us to offer a luxurious yet sustainable retreat. We invite you to unplug, reconnect with nature, and join us in mindful energy use. This agreement outlines our policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and harmonious experience for all our guests, staff, and our community. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms within this document.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

• Check-Out: Promptly by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
   

2. Our Sustainable, Solar-Powered Sanctuary

• Our property operates entirely on solar energy. We kindly request your help in conserving this precious resource by:

• Turning off lights, fans, and air conditioning units when not in use or when leaving your room.

• Being conscious of electricity use during evening hours.
   

3. Culinary Experience: Full-Board Meals

Meal Times: Our culinary team serves meals at set times to ensure quality. Please inform us of dietary restrictions 48 hours prior to arrival.

• Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM

• Lunch: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM

• Dinner: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
   

4. Your Hosts: Our Dedicated Staff

• Our inhouse team, including a cook & housekeepers, are here to ensure your stay is flawless. Their service hours are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• We operate on a foundation of mutual respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff.
   

5. Safety & Security

• No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property indoors. A fine of ₱5,000 will be charged for evidence of indoor smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas; please use provided ashtrays.

• No Open Flames: Candles, incense, and fireworks are strictly prohibited due to extreme fire risk.

• Guest Policy: Only pre-registered guests are permitted on the property. Events and parties are strictly forbidden.
   

6. Amenities & Game Room
 

Enjoy our premium amenities, including the billiard table, dartboard, and board games. We ask for your care to ensure all guests can enjoy them.

• Billiards: Please handle cues with care and use chalk responsibly to avoid damaging the table felt.

• Darts: Ensure a clear path for players. Supervise children at all times.

• Board Games: Please return all pieces to their boxes after use.

• Swimming Pool: Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, or diving.
   

7. Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit hold is placed on the primary guest's credit card(?) before arrival. It will be released within 7 days of departure, provided no issues are found.

Deductions will be made for:

• Damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

• Missing items.

• Specialist cleaning required due to odors (e.g., smoke) or excessive mess.

• Fines for rule violations (e.g., indoor smoking).

• Deductions are calculated based on:

• Replacement Cost: The full cost of a new item of the same model.

• Repair Cost: The total invoice from a professional repair service.

• Restoration Cost: The invoice for specialized cleaning or compensation for lost rental income.

• We will provide an itemized report with photographs and receipts for any deductions.

8. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By booking your stay, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of the property, including its amenities (pool, mountainous terrain, game room), involves inherent risks.

• You voluntarily assume all responsibility for these risks for yourself and all members of your party.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Property Owner and its agents from any and liability arising from your stay, including those arising from ordinary negligence.

•  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner for any loss or liability resulting from your stay or use of the amenities.
